The Journey
I will survive this, I know
I have not come this far already.
The way may be long,
but I will follow not the easy road.
I will choose my own path.
I may stumble but falling down,
will only make me stronger.
I see many faces and each,
has a story to tell.
My horizons expand
as my outlook on the world is broadened.
Each day is a brand new beginning.
I will not take life for granted
and, I will live it to its fullest.
Why dwell on the bad things,
when there are so many blessings in life.
And I will take this journey,
each step a time.
Until I come to the end
and, can look back
at how far I've come.
